All our cakes are made from scratch using fresh quality dairy products from our local farm (Barkhouse Farm, Shelley), UK-grown flour and sugar and free-range eggs.  They are never frozen so you have the option to if you so wish.  All wedding cakes are approximately 4″ high as standard and with the exception of fruit cake, all cakes will be coated with a thin layer of white or dark chocolate ganache prior to icing.

A light madeira sponge, soaked with prosecco syrup and sandwiched together with strawberry conserve and prosecco buttercream

Rich Fruit Cake

Soaked in your choice of brandy or spiced rum and covered in a layer of natural marzipan.
