All our cakes are made from scratch using quality, and where possible, locally-sourced ingredients and our own free-range eggs.  They are never frozen so you have the option to if you so wish.  All wedding cakes are approximately 4″ high as standard and with the exception of fruit cake, all cakes will be coated with a thin layer of white or dark chocolate ganache prior to icing.
